14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your jewelry item to request a return.

Mandatory Video Requirement
For all returns, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing your jewelry parcel. The video should clearly show the condition of the jewelry and packaging at the time of opening. Returns without this video will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be:

In the same condition as received (unworn or unused)

With tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at help@kankshijewels.com. Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your jewelry immediately upon receiving it. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with the unboxing video so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following jewelry items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized jewelry

Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure about a specific item, please contact us before purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the jewelry you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (along with the unboxing video), we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
